The van caters to all your needs with a very comfy DB bed, a great little kitchen, a TV that allows streaming from your phone, (no free to air and no WiFi, but full phone reception with most carriers). 

The bathroom and laundry are a quick 20 metre walk across the yard (just like a caravan park).

If you are bringing your pets, please understand that the property is close to a waterway which creates a potential for snakes. Therefore the care and protection of your pets is your responsibility.

PAYMENT: You will be contacted via the telephone number provided, when the booking request has been received. Payment, either via Credit Card or PayPal, is required in full, to confirm your booking. 

REFUNDS: Full refunds are given if cancellation is requested with at least 30 days notice prior to check-in.

50% refund within 14-30 days notice of cancellation.

Non refundable if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given.
